Dr. Bridget Kaspa is a Clinical Pharmacist, Cosmetic Formulation Scientist, and Trichologist with over a decade of experience helping families understand and care for natural hair. As founder of Afro Luxe Braiding Bar, she has spent years in the salon chair listening to the questions parents and children ask most about wash day, breakage, and confidence.

That experience became Little Crowns, Big Confidence — a children’s book blending hair science with self-love, written for girls ages 7–15. Dr. Kaspa now brings the Little Crowns Confidence Programme directly into classrooms and libraries across Maryland, pairing clinical expertise with genuine warmth.
