eBooks & Digital Downloads

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, eBooks and downloadable resources (Wash Day Tracker, Affirmation Cards, lesson plans, etc.) are non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

Physical Books

Hardcover and paperback copies of Little Crowns, Big Confidence may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact hello@littlecrownsbigconfidence.com with your order number to begin an exchange.

Workshops & School Programmes

Booked workshops and school programme sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
